“Businesses are finally embracing artificial intelligence (AI).”

AI is permeating the business world, and it’s about time.

The stargazing technologists who have been telling us for years that AI will change everything are finally starting to see their predictions come true. And it’s not just the businesses that are benefiting from this change — the customers are too.

The benefits of AI to business are varied, but all of them can be grouped under two broad categories: automation and humanization. Automation has already made its way into our lives as we use smart phones and computers to do things we used to do ourselves manually. This has led to an increase in productivity, efficiency, and safety among employees who previously had no choice but to work long hours under unsafe conditions or risk losing their jobs due to injuries or machinery accidents caused by unsupervised workers.
